News : GNU gfortran 14

The version of gfortran which forms part of the recently released GCC 14 has been successfully tested with Winteracter 16.0, on Windows and Linux. Minor documentation changes note compatibility, as of the Winteracter 16.0d update. However, no functional changes are required to support this release. As for GCC versions 8-13, the Winteracter version built with GCC 8.x is suitable for use with gfortran 14.
